OLYMP-TRAVEL LTD trading under the domain name UkraineDestination.com is an incoming tour operator based in Ukraine (license of Ministry of culture and tourism of Ukraine No 081535). Ukrainedestination.com offers booking of accommodation in Ukraine hotels. Majority of rates shown at this web-site are discount from hotel’s rack rate. Please note that shown rates are valid only when booking is made through Ukrainedestination.com and not valid through hotel directly.
Booking procedure :
You must complete the on-line booking form and provide us with your credit card details after final confirmation of booking which will act as a guarantee to secure the booking. The person who completes the on-line booking form must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring full payment with the hotel. The final confirmation is PDF file which you receive from sales@ukrainedestination.com along with the slip of credit card transaction. Automatic e-mail with booking details which is sending just after you press SUBMIT button to your e-mail is not the final confirmation. If we do not confirm the booking it means there are not rooms of requested category available at requested hotel.
Payment details :
UkraineDestination.com mostly operates with credit card payments. The 3% bank fee for credit card transaction is included to each rate shown at present web site. Currency conversions will depend on current rate of exchange of your credit card company at the time of booking. If you want to pay by bank transfer please inform us about it through the booking request form (at Special needs and instructions column).
Payment is to be provided not later then 48 hours prior to 12:00 on arrival date (Kiev local time).
Changes and cancellations:
All the changes at confirmed booking should be sent to sales@ukrainedestination.com from the e-mail (given at booking form before) or made by phone of fax. The special reference code, mentioned in final confirmation should be pointed.
Changing the names in booking (in case you’re not diminish number of rooms) should be made not later then prior 24 hours before arrival.
Diminishing or cancellation of booking rooms should be made not later then 48 hours prior to 12:00 on arrival date (Kiev local time). Otherwise it will be subject to charge equivalent to the cost of the first night of accommodation (cancellation fee).
Refund of non-used paid amount will be returned to your credit card account in 3 working days.
